Eliminate STRESS and ANXIETY with the HOUR OF POWER!

How do you start your day?

Do you roll out of bed wishing you could sleep the day away?

Do you have to PERSUADE yourself to get up?

What would you say if I told you that that first hour of your day is you’re most important? IT IS!

This one technique can and will change your life. It will eliminate STRESS and ANXIETY from your life and it will open you up to reach your full potential.

The HOUR OF POWER!

Upon waking each day, spend that hour on you! There are several things you can do that are productive and you can choose what fits your needs:

Pick 4 and do them in 15 minute increments or do 2 in 30 minute increments.

Create the HOUR of POWER that works for you!

Journal

Meditate or Pray

Work out

Read – MUST read positive uplifting books, quotes, poems- self help type of stuff

Books on Tape – MUST be positive uplifting

Read your goals, vision or plan

Walk

PODCAST – positive uplifting, self help type of stuff

A typical morning for me is 15 minutes of reading something inspirational, walking for 30 minutes listening to a positive book on tape or uplifting music on my IPOD, journaling for 15 minutes.

This one process has taken my MINDSET to such a level that I am more focused and my personal and professional life have all benefited. Most of all my STRESS level has moved from off the charts to almost gone. It take a lot to get that ANXIETY going. It truly is a deal changer.
