The mind is the key to opening the doors to all that we want to become and all that we desire. This is because everything we do first starts as a thought impulse in our minds. If we center our attentions (our minds) on attaining a goal, whether it be physical fitness or some other goal, our minds then think of ways to get us to that goal. This is true whether the goal is getting to the grocery store or making a million dollars.
